7 Arrested in Washington County; Fentanyl, Heroin, Meth, and Firearms Seized

According to reports agents with the Monroe and Washington County Special response teams along with the Marietta City Police and Belpre Police Departments executed search warrants to an Elizabeth Street apartment in Belpre and a Lancaster Street house in Marietta.  
 
 
In Belpre, a Tytus Shields was located along with over twenty thousand dollars in cash, firearms and heroin totaling nearly eighty-seven grams.  Shields reportedly had prior felony convictions.  Another firearm was found to be stolen from Wood County West Virginia.  
 
 
In a seperate Belpre Apartment, and Andrew Johnson and Kelci Wise were located with nearly 200 grams of heroin, more than 227 grams of methamphetamine, more than 10,000 dollars in cash and other items.  Two subjects identified as Kyleigh Rymer and Steven Siegel attempted to flee from this apartment, they were later stopped and secured, heroin and cash were found on both subjects.  
 
 
Here on Lancaster Street in Marietta a Timothy Payne and Haley Hull were located.  Inside of the home was over three thousand grams of suspected heroin and around 1300 grams of fentanyl.  More than 10,000 dollars in cash was found along with preparation items used to mix fentanyl and heroin.  
 
 
All subjects' bonds total to over three hundred forty-two thousand dollars.  Washington County Sheriff Larry Mincks believes this caused quite the disruption in the drug community.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office announced a large drug bust in the county.
