(MARIETTA, OH) - Five people have been indicted by a Washington County grand jury on charges stemming from a July 19 break-in in which two men assaulted a man in his Vincent home.
Two men--Austin Wallace of Clover Ridge Road in Beallsville and Nathan Williams of Manchester Drive--broke into James Brookover's home that evening, beat him, then duct taped his hands and stole a TV, $1000 cash, and small amount of heroin.
Following an investigation, Washington County Sheriff's Office detectives determined 31-year-old Brandon Robinson of Veto Road in Vincent drove the men to Brookover's house, and two women--23-year-old Jacinda Hutson of Seventh Street in Marietta and 28-year-old Keely Jaeger of Caywood Road in Marietta--were arrested for providing false alibis for the men.
Wallace and Williams face first-degree aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary, three counts of kidnapping, and felonious assault charges, while Robinson faces first-degree complicity charges for aggravated burglary and robbery and felonious assault.
The two women face third-degree felony obstruction of justice charges.
Sheriff Larry Mincks says Williams is currently in hiding and anyone who can help find him is asked to call 740-376-7070 with information.
