On July 7th, Agents with the Major Crimes Task force, Washington County Special Response team and the Marietta Police Department executed a warrant on third street in Marietta, Ohio.
Upon entering the home, a Daushawn Kirby was found. During a check, an Irwin gray and Haley Delong arrived. A computer check revealed all three had active warrants for drug related offenses.
A search of Gray revealed cash and .78 grams of suspected heroin, a search of the residence revealed 14 individual packaged plastic bags containing what appeared to be 28.14 grams of heroin, 379.52 grams of methamphetamine, scales, and a semi-automatic handgun.
Irwin Gray was arrested and charged with trafficking drugs in the vicinity of a school, having weapons under disability and felony fugitive from justice. He is being held at the Washington County Jail on a 250,000-dollar bond.
Daushaun Kirby was arrested and charged for trafficking drugs in the vicinity of a school, he as well is being held on a 250,000-dollar bond.
Haley Delong was arrested on the same trafficking charges and is being held in lieu of a 200,000-dollar bond.
