If your business or organization could use a refresher on achieving customer service excellence, you’re invited to attend a free customer service workshop sponsored by the Greater Parkersburg Convention & Visitors Bureau and the Wood County Commission on Monday, September 13.

A morning session is scheduled from 9:00 to 11:30 a.m. and an afternoon workshop from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. Reservations are required, and may be made by contacting the Greater Parkersburg CVB at 304-428-1130. 

The workshop is open to any business or organization interested in improving their overall customer service delivery. Employers are urged to take advantage of this free training opportunity by sending their front-line and supervisory staff to brush up on their service skills.
