Marietta Memorial Hospital’s Diabetes Education Center will be celebrating Diabetes Awareness Day on Tuesday, March 23 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., at 701 Hildreth Lane, Marietta.

Events this day will include:

• Free blood pressure screenings

   

• Diabetes risk assessments

   

• “Diabetes Meal Planning on a Budget” presented by Kathy Dodrill from The Ohio State Extension Office at 10 a.m.

   

• Diabetes Education Center staff on hand to answer questions about diabetes and your health
