The Ohio Department of Insurance has revoked the license of a Vincent man for alleged violations of Ohio insurance law.

Brett Riffey distributed an advertising flyer to teachers in the Warren Local School District in 2008 claiming that the insurance products were available as additional benefits to teachers through the school system. In fact, the insurance products were not offered as supplemental benefits.

As a result, Riffey’s license was revoked on February 22.
