Late last night the former maintenance supervisor for Washington County was arrested in Cross Lanes, West Virginia.

Charles Moody has been indicted by a grand jury for theft in office, bribery and tampering with records.

He was taken into custody by the West Virginia state police and is currently being held in the south central regional jail in Charleston.
