Marietta Man Arrested for Drug Trafficking

The Major Crimes Task Force arrested a 37 year old Marietta man for trafficking in marijuana.
 
On Tuesday, agents executed a search warrant at the home of Michael Crouser on Blue Knob Road. The search resulted in the the seizure of numerous plastic bags containing marijuana residue, digital scales, several marijuana pipes, and a plastic bag containing more than 200 grams of marijuana. 
 
Under questioning, admitted having a pound of marijuana and parceling it into smaller amounts.  He said he sold three ounces to three different people at a total cost of $640. Crouser was arrested for a fourth degree felony charge of trafficking in marijuana and incarcerated in the Washington County Jail.  He was later released after posting $5,000 bond.
