(MARIETTA, OH) - A game of hide-and-seek with the Marietta Police department has landed a Marietta man and woman in jail.
Twenty-year-old Amanda Asia Wallace is being charged with obstructing official business on a warrant for violating her probation after police say she fled out of a window of her Fay Avenue residence and hid in a wooded area.
Police were able to track her down with a K-9, and also found 31-year-old Larry “Petey” Thompson, Jr. who had fled out of the same window into the woods. Thompson was arrested on two warrants for failure to appear.
Both Wallace and Thompson are in jail.
