(MARIETTA, OH) - Get set for more summer road maintenance.
This time, State Route 7 three miles North of Newport will be the next road to experience delays and maintenance as crews are slated to remove a rock fall hazard in that area next Monday.
The Ohio Department of Transportation says the crews will maintain traffic with flaggers, and you could experience delays of up to 15 minutes if you regularly travel in that area.
ODOT also asks people to drive with caution and be aware of flaggers and workers as the maintenance takes place.
Officials say the work will be completed by Saturday June 14 if the weather cooperates.
