Marietta Woman Arrested For Drunken Gas Station Incident
Posted on: 04/16/2014

A woman who allegedly passed out at a local gas station over the weekend finds herself in police custody.

Washington County Sherriff Larry Mincks says deputies have arrested 32-year-old Jessica Stevens after Byer’s Exxon along State Route 7 in Reno reported that she took a Bud Light margarita drink and then allegedly drank it in the store while taking a cereal bar from one of the shelves.

Deputy reports claim Stevens then attempted to fill out a job application while seated at a table in the store, but passed out in the process and didn’t awaken until Reno EMTs  showed up at the store’s request.

Stevens allegedly refused medical treatment and Mincks says she attempted to grab two more Bud Lights before trying to leave the store. Deputies then found her passed out once again at her nearby residence.

She then allegedly admitted to not paying for the items and was taken to the Washington County Jail.
