Group of churches working to send supplies to Oklahoma

As the recovery continues from the Moore Oklahoma, tornado, a large group in the area is working to help out.
“We have close to twenty area churches that are going to be filling large cardboard containers, says Rodney Lord of the Valley Harvest Church.  "We’re going to put 48 of these on a tractor-trailer and send them to Oklahoma.  We have a local business, Marietta Transfer, that was willing to donate their truck, trailer, driver and the expense to get there.”
Lord says they’ll be accepting items through Saturday

“We’ll be collecting on Thursday and Friday from 10 am to 2 pm and 5 pm to 8 pm," Lord explains.  "Then on Saturday, it’ll just be from 10 until 2.  We’ll put everything together on Tuesday and hopefully get the truck out the door Tuesday night or Wednesday morning.”
Lord says they have partnered with some churches in Oklahoma to distribute the items once they arrive.
