Peoples Bank recently donated over $31,000 dollars worth of clothing to two local charities, Ohio Valley University and EVE.

Due to a re-branding campaign, the Bank found a surplus of clothing with the old logo that needed to be discarded as the new brand launched. A variety of t-shirts, sweaters, polo shirts, jackets, and dress shirts will go to Ohio Valley University, to be distributed in its community service efforts. Sweaters were also donated to EVE, the local domestic violence and sexual assault shelter.

Peoples Bank’s Rick Stafford tells WMOA the bank was happy to help, with nothing more satisfying that helping someone else in need.
