Corn Picker Fire in Washington County

There was a small fire earlier this afternoon in a cornfield at BF Goodrich road and Waterford road.  A corn picker reportedly caught fire. 
 
 
Churchtown resident Fred Becker said that this is the first corn picker fire he has ever seen and he specified that it was red Gatorade that put the small fire out.  The Oak Grove Fire Department doused the corn picker with water to cool it off. 

Corn Picker Fire in Washington County

A small fire began today in a corn field in Washington County. Crews arrived however the fire was put out with Gatorade.

 

Boil Advisory For East Spring Street in Marietta

East Spring Street between Colgate Drive and Vine street are under a boil advisory.
