Judge Welch Up for Re-election

Judge Janet Welch has recently announced that Washington County Sheriff Larry Mincks has endorsed her re-election as Judge of the Marietta Municipal Court, a countywide court presiding over all misdemeanor cases, felony initial appearance, civil disputes up to $15 thousand, including landlord-tenant and other housing matters filed in Washington County, Ohio.
