New Electronic Poll Books in Washington County

Washington County has upgraded its electronic poll books. Part-time workers at the Washington County Board of Elections arrived today at 8 a.m. to unpack and label the new ones if any of the community's citizens want a photo opportunity today. The Board's Deputy Director Peggy Byers explains to us how the electronic voting system works and offers advice to the public on how to cast an informed vote.
- Here are the fall voting hours
- Tuesday
- 8:00 a.m. 9:00 p.m.: - Last Day to Register to vote for the November 7th General Election
- 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.: Early In-Person Voting Begins
- Saturday
- 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.: Early In-Person Voting
- Sunday
- 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.: Early In-Person Voting
- Saturday
- 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.: Early In-Person Voting
- Sunday
- 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.: Early In-Person Voting
- Monday
- 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.: Early In-Person Voting Ends
- Tuesday
- Must go to your polling place to vote
