Construction planned on Grand Central Ave.

KANAWHA COUNTY, West Virginia (August 22, 2016) - The West Virginia Division of Highways will be repairing a section of West Virginia State Route 14, along Grand Central Avenue, beginning Tuesday, weather permitting.
 
The work will take place at the junction of Grand Central Avenue and Lakeview Drive from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, August 23 and Wednesday, August 24. Major delays are expected, and motorists are asked to avoid the area if possible.
 
Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances may alter the project schedule.
