Arson Indictments For Three Local Men

(MARIETTA, OH) - Three local men have been indicted for their role in a May 7 arson case.
 
A Washington County  Grand Jury indicted 19-year-old Stephen C. Albert of 104 Riley Drive in Marietta, on six first-degree felony counts of aggravated arson and one second-degree felony count of aggravated arson.
 
Also indicted on six first-degree felony counts of complicity in aggravated arson and one second-degree felony count of complicity in aggravated arson were 20-year-old Seth E. Lawrence of Holly Street in Marietta and 19-year-old Troy A. Johnson of Tick Ridge Road in Vincent.
 
Lawrence and Albert are currently in the Washington County Jail for their roles in a break in at Rink's Flea Market this spring.
The three were arrested for intentionally setting a fire at 206 Fifth St. the morning of May 7.
 
Also indicted Monday was 35-year-old Logan Hills on a third-degree felony for unlawful sexual contact with a minor.
 
Hills was arrested in April and originally charged with raping a 16-year-old girl with mental disabilities.
