A Decatur Township man and two others from Parkersburg are in jail this afternoon, charged with running a meth lab.

Washington County Sheriff Larry Mincks says a search warrant was executed at the State Route 555 home of 59-year old George Dunn this morning.

The sheriff says Agents found items utilized in the "one pot" method of manufacturing methamphetamine -- including cans of starter fluid, drain cleaner, lithium batteries, and receipts for pseudoephedrine.

Mincks says Dunn denied being involved, but was then implicated by 39-year-old David Rexroad of Emerson Avenue in Parkersburg -- while admitting he was involved in making the drug.

Another woman, 25-year-old Rachel Wilson of Knotts Avenue in Parkerburg, reportedly told authorities she never helped make the drug, but knew the two men were. Mincks says she also told officers she bought the pseudoephedrine yesterday.

Dunn and Rexroad have each been charged with a second degree felony count of illegal manufacturing of methamphetamine and a third degree felony charge of illegal assembly of drug making chemicals.  Wilson was charged with a illegal assembly of drug making chemicals - a third degree felony.

All three people remain in the Washington County Jail without bond pending their initial court appearance.
